This south-facing, garden level villa is set in the wooded grounds of a residence with a magnificent communal swimming pool located at the entrance of the villa.

Santa Giulia beach is within easy walking distance, as are its restaurants, bars and water sports. This is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful spots in Corsica, and probably the most famous and renowned.

Opening onto a lovely 20m² terrace with barbecue and 40m² small garden with dining area and deckchairs, the 70m² villa has two double bedrooms (bed 160 and a bed 140), and two single beds in the living room, suitable for children, a walk-in shower room and separate toilet.
