FEATURES OF THE VILLA
Perched at the very top of Marina di Fiori, a villa that combines luxury, tranquillity and history: six bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, a private swimming pool and breathtaking views over the bay of Porto-Vecchio, accommodating twelve guests.
The white curves, arches and porthole windows, which open out onto the swimming pool from the bedroom corridor, contribute to the house’s unique charm and architectural character. Not a reconstruction: a continuation. The house has been restored whilst retaining its original proportions and spirit.
The bedrooms and bathrooms:
Six spacious bedrooms, decorated to combine comfort and elegance, all air-conditioned and opening onto a terrace or balcony, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Large bay windows flood the rooms with light and offer unobstructed views. The master suite, upstairs, has a bath; the guest bedrooms have showers. Linen is changed weekly.
The bathrooms have been designed to respect the proportions envisaged by Dalida and the original spirit of the house.
The kitchen:
For those who love to cook: a top-quality range cooker, a large worktop, a wooden island and plenty of space. Everything you need to prepare a dinner for twelve and entertain your guests as if they were at home.
Outside:
A 1970s architect-designed house
Mediterranean architecture with Greek and Italian influences: elegant arches, white façades and open terraces, in harmony with nature. Patios, shaded pergolas and a Mediterranean garden invite you to enjoy life outdoors, in the purest tradition of grand Mediterranean residences.
A home chosen for its sense of space
In the 1970s, Dalida chose Southern Corsica. At the very top of Marina di Fiori, overlooking the gulf, she had her house built: a place of retreat, with no neighbours opposite, far from Paris and the spotlight. The perfect counterpoint to an intense public life.
